Your Data Rights and Grievance Redressal

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you are a "Data Principal" and have rights over your personal data. This page explains each right and how to use it with Ebin Tech.

Your rights

  • Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, the processing we do and who we have shared it with
  • Correction and completion: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: ask us to erase data that is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it
  • Withdrawal of consent: stop us using your data for a purpose you agreed to
  • Grievance redressal: complain to us about how we handle your data
  • Nomination: name another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to act

How to make a request

Email info@ebintech.in with the subject "Data request", or call us from the Contact page, or write to the address below. Tell us your name, the phone number or email you gave us and what you want us to do.

To protect your data, we confirm it is you before we act, for example by calling back on the number you gave us or replying from the same email address.

How quickly we respond

We acknowledge your request within 3 working days and aim to complete it within 30 days. We will never take longer than the period allowed by the DPDP Rules. If we cannot do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we tell you why.
