Our services
We provide digital marketing (local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google and Meta advertising, social media and creative work), website design and development, custom business software, AI, WhatsApp, voice and SMS automation, and related hardware such as label and slip printers. The exact scope of each engagement is listed in your quotation or proposal.
Quotations and orders
- A quotation is valid for the period stated in it
- An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough) and pay any advance
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and agreed before we start it
Fees and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless the quotation says otherwise
- Advances and milestone payments are due as stated in the quotation
- We may pause work while an invoice is overdue
- Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platform and are not part of our fees
- Third-party charges such as hosting, domains, SMS, WhatsApp and payment gateway fees are separate unless stated otherwise
What we need from you
You agree to give accurate information, timely approvals and the access we need, and to share only content you have the right to use. You confirm that you have permission to contact the people whose details you give us, and that your use of our services follows the law.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and social platform algorithms, competition and your own offer. We follow recognised best practices and report honestly, but we do not guarantee a particular position, number of leads or revenue.
Websites and creative work
On full payment you own the final website design and creative files made for you. We keep our general tools, code libraries and know-how. Stock images, fonts and plugins remain under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Software and lifetime use
On full payment you own the custom software we build for you and the data you put in it, apart from third-party components that stay under their own licences and our general libraries and know-how. "Lifetime" means the software we deliver has no recurring licence fee.
Hosting, domain names, messaging charges, support after the warranty period and new features are separate unless your quotation says otherwise. Defects in delivered software are fixed during the warranty period stated in the quotation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping backups as agreed.
Lifetime offer and hardware
The terms of our lifetime software offer apply when you buy under that offer. The printer models, the paper rolls and tags included for the first year, and the setup and training plan are listed in your quotation. Printers carry the manufacturer's warranty, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Automation, AI and messaging
- You must have the recipient's consent before we send WhatsApp, SMS or voice messages on your behalf, and you must follow platform policies and applicable telecom rules, including registration and Do Not Disturb requirements
- AI systems can make mistakes. We design review and handoff steps, but you stay responsible for how the output is used
- We may pause an automation that breaks platform rules or puts your account at risk
Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes, to send spam, to scrape or overload the website, or to try to break its security.
Intellectual property
The text, design, images and code of ebintech.in belong to Ebin Tech or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or resell them without written permission.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where the law requires disclosure.
Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Consent Notice. Where we process personal data for a client's own customers, we do so only on the client's instructions under a written agreement, and both parties follow the DPDP Act.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
You will compensate us for claims made by third parties that arise from content you supplied or from instructions that break the law.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end an engagement by written notice as stated in the quotation. You pay for work done up to the date of termination. Sections on payment, ownership, confidentiality, liability and governing law continue after termination.
Events beyond our control
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failures, platform outages or changes in law.
Electronic records
You agree that emails, WhatsApp messages and electronic records are valid for communication, quotations and acceptance, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith first. If that fails, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
