Match the box to the product
The best box is the one that protects the product, costs the right amount and looks like your brand. Heavy or fragile items need stronger corrugated board, while light retail products can use printed cartons. Delivery by courier needs a box that survives drops and stacking.
- Corrugated boxes for shipping, with layers chosen for weight and fragility
- Retail cartons and mono cartons for products on a shelf
- Gift and rigid-style boxes for premium products and festival packs
- Inserts, dividers and wraps where products need to be held in place
Quick answers
How do I choose the strength of a corrugated box?
By product weight, fragility, stacking height and shipping method. A packaging maker can recommend the board thickness and layers once they know the product and how it ships.
Artwork, dielines and sampling
Every box starts from a dieline: a flat plan showing folds, cuts and panels. Artwork must fit that plan exactly. We design on the dieline, check bleed and safe areas and prepare a mock-up or sample for large orders so mistakes are caught before a full run.
Colours on corrugated board look different from colours on a screen or on coated paper. Plan for this and ask for a sample on colour-critical work.
Quick answers
Can I get a sample box before the full order?
For many jobs, yes: a mock-up or a short sample. Samples add time and cost, so ask early and we will tell you the options.
Labelling details the law requires

Packaged goods sold in India must carry declarations under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, such as the manufacturer or packer's name and address, product name, net quantity, MRP inclusive of taxes, date of manufacture or packing and consumer care details. Food products also need FSSAI information and a licence number. Rules differ by product, so confirm what applies with your adviser.
We lay out the artwork so these details are legible and in the right place, but the content must come from you and your adviser.
Quick answers
Do you add the legal details on my pack?
We place and format the details you provide. You and your adviser are responsible for the content being correct and complete for your product.
Packaging from a marketing and software view
Packaging is also marketing, so we link it to your product marketing, photography and sticker and label work. If you are a packaging manufacturer, we also build inventory and company management software for corrugated packaging companies.
Quick answers
Do you work with packaging manufacturers as well as buyers?
Yes. For buyers, we design and print packaging. For manufacturers, we build marketing websites and custom inventory and company management software.
