- The exact printer models, the quantity of paper rolls and tags for the first year, and the training schedule are written in your quotation before you confirm the order.
- Lifetime means the software we deliver has no recurring licence fee. Third-party charges such as cloud hosting, domain names, SMS, WhatsApp and payment gateway fees, and optional support or new feature work, are separate unless your quotation says otherwise.
- Paper rolls and tags after the first year are chargeable at actual cost.
- Printers are supplied for use with the software we deliver. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to the printer hardware.
- We may change or withdraw this offer. The terms in your signed quotation apply to your order.

There is no licence fee for the software. After the first year you buy paper rolls and tags at actual cost. Cloud hosting, messaging charges and any optional support or new features are separate unless your quotation says otherwise.
We recommend models that suit your counter and volume and list them in your quotation. If you want a different model, we will tell you the price difference before you decide.
